One person. A model that doesn't exist, a real desert resort, a cinematographer's shot list, and a finished film. Directed frame by frame, generated end to end.
Speculative concept. Not affiliated with, commissioned by, or endorsed by Habitas. Built independently as a craft exercise.
A model built from nothing as a single neutral portrait, then held perfectly consistent across every frame of the campaign. Same person, same features, every shot. The hardest part of AI direction is continuity, and it starts here.

Real AlUla reference plates become art-directed campaign frames. Drag to see an empty location turn into a styled, lit, populated scene, with the model placed into the world and the whole frame graded for a single golden hour.

Before a single second was animated, the campaign was shot-listed like a real commercial. Every keyframe is annotated with shot size and duration, from extreme long shot to extreme close-up. This is direction, not prompting.

Each approved keyframe was driven into live motion with Kling 3, then cut to the shot-list timings. Stills become cinema.
